I was so excited to be contacted by the art director of Dutch magazine LINDA !  Although I can't read it, my embroidery work is featured in the Funfacts section of the January 2012, Issue 89, at the front of the mag, right next to other cool designers & artists!

Tess of the Creative Women's Circle asked me to contribute to her beautiful book, Conversations with Creative Women. A collection of interviews with creative women who have succeeded in their own creative work & business. I chose to do the title page for Kristen Doran because I could relate to the work she does. Here it is!

i illustrated the November edition - Volume 10 of Melbourne University's Insights Magazine. Here is is published! My work is a combination of ink & brush illustration & collage, hand done typography & was a real challenge for me doing black & white - i LOVE colour!

i also work for MOZI now! pretty exciting to see some real products with my work on them. in my first couple of weeks i was lucky enough to spend the whole time painting and drawing and those drawings make up part of the summer 2011 range. there's 3 birds: pierre peacock, celeste crane & bert bluebird! here's a couple of product shots. there whole range is available online here. sorry to spoil it but everyones getting this stuff for christmas from me!

i just discovered this online. yanina viland asked me a while back if she could tattoo my picture for a client of hers. im still shocked that someone would get one of my pictures - let alone an embroidery - tattooed! its crazy. her tattoo is really nice i think she did a beautiful job.

wow this is so lovely! inspiring. from the familychic site i found through my fave blog poppytalk. i need to stop being lazy and get some personal work done.
